William A. Miller has been a practicing attorney in Chicago since 1983.  He has managed his law firm, William A. Miller & Associates, since 1992.  Previously, Mr. Miller was the tax partner in the Chicago law firm of Malk Harris & Miller, and a certified public accountant at national public accounting firms.

 

Practice:

Federal income and estate tax planning, partnership tax law, business succession planning, and the purchase, sale, and valuation of closely held businesses.

  

Education:

Indiana University, Undergraduate degree with honors in accounting.
